My bedroom was downstairs, under/beside the wood stairs and a little noisy with upstairs guests in the evenings/nights I spent there. Everything is very tidy. The location is one block away from the Costanera and the Mapuche Feria and Ruka. The managers/owners are kind and professional. I loved my stay!

Nice bedroom in a charming house. The staff was very helpful and supportive when we needed to store our luggages for a day. Recommended!

I stayed for 2 nights and followed her recommendations for restaurants - both were very good. My stay was unrepresentative in that nobody else was there. The hostel is very well-equipped and comfortable. It was warm, with a log burner. I came by car , so location was not so important, but it isn't far from the centre. Very importantly, it is a quiet location and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
