Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Held our bags free of charge during our trip to Torres del Paine. Walking distance from bus station. Great breakfast. Impeccable. Got a good rest. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

We received a warm welcome from Soraya and noticed immediately how clean and comfortable she keeps her B&B. The bathrooms were spotless, the showers were strong and warm and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the dining room was lovely and Soraya was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.

Our stay in this wonderful place was great. We loved the decor so much - made us feel cozy and warm. It's really impressive how much character they've managed to pack into this house, with several nice common areas that allow you to relax and get some light even when it rains. Breakfast was very nice, too. The shower was hot and good, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly well - what more could one ask for after a few rough days at the Torres del Paine park? They also offer packed breakfast for those who are going to the park in the early morning hours.

A really lovely guest house with decor to match. Carlos is extremely friendly and helpful in all respects. Breakfast at 6am was not a problem ! Allowing us to leave our luggage well before check-in time was really helpful as well. Being only 6km from Puerto Natales meant that we enjoyed the peace and quiet from the location, but also within walking distance from town to stretch the legs a bit. Large comfortable warm room with clean ensuite. Lots of extra toiletries, hair-dryer etc. It is an easy 20 min downhill walk to the town center. And Fabien was only too willing to come and give us a lift (ride) back after dinner. Enjoyed our moments of 80's in-car karaoke!
