Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. Everyone was super lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great! Location is also amazing, only a few minutes away from the bus station. The rooms were clean, silent/quiet and everywhere was warmed! 100% recommended!! Nothing not to like, it is exactly what is advertised!

She prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we went to see the penguins along with preparing a delicious hot breakfast for us on the other days of our trip. The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

It feels like you are a guest in Gustav and Pedro’s house. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. A great kitchen and lounge area to spend time if the weather is bad outside! It's a new hostel so all the facilities are new, which is awesome - very cosy beds. The host was extremly nice and since I was the only one in the room he asked me when do I want to have breakfast next day. I would definetely stay here again.

Although he doesn't speak much English he sent a list by WhatsApp of recommended restaurants, places of interest, etc And used Google translate frequently. Large comfortable warm room with clean ensuite. Lots of extra toiletries, hair-dryer etc. It is an easy 20 min downhill walk to the town center. And Fabien was only too willing to come and give us a lift (ride) back after dinner. Enjoyed our moments of 80's in-car karaoke!
