Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. Everything is perfect. The bed is very comfortable, shower is good! breakfast has a good selection. There are the family’s incredibly friendly cat and dog.

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Very comfortable room! The host Juan and his reception lady are nice and helpful. Able to store our bags in the property during our Torres trekking. Very big shared kitchen for meals. Nice breakfast provided.

The room is comfortable and quiet and the owner is amazingly friendly and convenient (she gave us so many good recommandations). The breakfast has everything needed to start the day. Would come back definitely.

Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!

The hosts are all super nice and helpful! The hostal is at a 20min-walk to the city centre, the room was nice, clean and big enough for our packs. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was also good with a variety of sweet and salty food. Stayed there before and after the W trek and will definitely go back again!

I was able to stay in a very clean room every day. The bath towels were very fluffy, which was a nice touch for me. The bathrooms are well cleaned and you can take a hot shower. The owner was very kind and helpful in answering any questions I had. Breakfast is delicious.

Beautiful guesthouse just outside of Puerto Natales. Lovely, comfortable rooms with a view of the water and surrounding countryside. Super friendly and helpful owner, Carlos, who went to the extra effort of mailing our daughter’s headphones back to her. Really above and beyond. The guesthouse is a great base to see Torres del Paine. Close to restaurants, shops and activities. Really good value for money.

Nice, clean, cozy and modern apartment. Friendly host - she even cooked fresh and tasty pancakes for breakfast. Check-in was easy. Free parking was directly in front of the apartment. Only a few minutes drive from the city center. No street noises - we had a good sleep :)
