Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. They have a big Kitchen and the host was very nice and helpful.

The room is comfortable and quiet and the owner is amazingly friendly and convenient (she gave us so many good recommandations). The breakfast has everything needed to start the day. Would come back definitely.

Very comfortable bed and there is a heating in the room. The owner makes you feel very welcome. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a descent breakfast.

Great accomodation! I stayed five days, in two hostels and an appartment. All were great. Lago Condor (main hostel) has excellent and cosy decoration, super comfortable room, nice breakfast. Helpful and cheerful staff. Helped also with booking a horse riding trip and a day tour to Torres del Paine. Location really close to bus station (and therefore a bit further from the town centre).

Definitely the best hostel I stayed at in Patagonia but probably the best I ever stayed at:) a very nice, family -run hostel with Victoria, the nicest and friendliest staff who really cares about the guests' comfort and makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay there:) The room was warm with unbelievably comfortable beds, I especially loved the blanket. The common area is nicely designed and the breakfast was also exceptionally great. Showers are clean, smell good and the towels are just sooo soft. I really miss the place and would have loved to stay more! I look forward to returning one day:)

Nice, clean, cozy and modern apartment. Friendly host - she even cooked fresh and tasty pancakes for breakfast. Check-in was easy. Free parking was directly in front of the apartment. Only a few minutes drive from the city center. No street noises - we had a good sleep :)
