Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. Everyone was super lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great! Location is also amazing, only a few minutes away from the bus station. The rooms were clean, silent/quiet and everywhere was warmed! 100% recommended!! Nothing not to like, it is exactly what is advertised!

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Amazing breakfast options.

She prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we went to see the penguins along with preparing a delicious hot breakfast for us on the other days of our trip. The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

It feels like you are a guest in Gustav and Pedro’s house. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. A great kitchen and lounge area to spend time if the weather is bad outside! Beautiful guesthouse just outside of Puerto Natales. Lovely, comfortable rooms with a view of the water and surrounding countryside. Super friendly and helpful owner, Carlos, who went to the extra effort of mailing our daughter’s headphones back to her. Really above and beyond. The guesthouse is a great base to see Torres del Paine. Close to restaurants, shops and activities. Really good value for money.

Came back and only had two minutes to collect my baggage, before leaving for bus stop. Fabian helped and orchestrated everything even though I was there only for a few hours. Top guy! The room was super clean.
