They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

Guided us and booked book the tours for us, we paid later during our checkout. Also there was some miscommunication about booking one of the tours and they absorbed the cancelation fee and rebooked it with new schedule - we really appreciated it. We highly recommend this.

We had a free transfer to the park entrance every day, and she helped us to find and book all the great activities around. The room was simple but comfortable

Location was great, very close to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and a food market. Wally was exceptional. He would stay with us for as long as we needed to help us with our itinerary and ticket booking.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. Everything was wonderful and the staffs are very helpful.

The location is amazing! Only about 20 minutes walk to the east gate of the national park. The walk to the park is very picturesque too. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel which is great. The owner is super helpful with any kind of questions you might have. He can also help you book the tickets and provide you with the best explanation of the area and how to visit different parts of the national park so you have a clear understanding of what to do.
