The staff was exceptional, he helped us a lot in finding the best route in the park for our needs. He also speak English and helped us on our next accommodation late check in. The location is perfect to enter the park through east gate.

We enjoyed the local cuisine at this hotel as well as at the restaurant next door. The hosts were so helpful and kind: booked our park tickets for us, shuttled us to the park, and gave us a little gift when checking out.
