Wang and her brother were amazing - very helpful and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay and except for having to move on to get flights, I would have stayed longer. Note there are a lot of steps and the accommodation is up an inclined street, but Wang and her brother helped superbly with our luggage. 10/10.

Natural wood. Nice pillows. Nice white towels. The hosts are great and very, very helpful. You get very personalized service. They helped me with my tour tickets, take out dinner order, transportation, etc. The front desk is open late. It's beautiful at night with it all lit up. The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. . Walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great AC system. Cool mood lighting. Very large bathroom.

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. The location is wonderful. Hotel is located in very beautiful place in Zhangjiajie. Also staff there very helpful. Our guide Mr. Ming arranged tours for us. We decided where we wanted more and then he guided us.
