Totally amazing place to stay! Highly recommended. First of all, it is only 7 mins walk from the ancient city of pangyao. It is also so nearby the railway station. You can go by DIDI or bus, both are so convenient. Second, the decor of the place is AMAZING! I couldn’t help take pictures and video when i first came it. They even have a swing and glass-fish! The staff are so friendly and nice people. The Owner gave me water when i first came and when i left. Whenever i ask for anything she always helps. They have bar and food there with nice prices. I didn’t eat there but saw the food, it looked so delicious. The rooms were also amazing, it is two levels bed and mine was the one above. Surprisingly, it was so comfortable too. When i move it doesn’t vibrate into the bottom bed. The toilet is clean and they have shower gel, hair shampoo, small towel, and toothbrush with toothpaste ready for you to use. The air conditioner works fine and the wi-fi is connected from my room.

Amazing location, right in the center of ancient town of Pingyao but still very quiet. The room is very beautiful, clean and there is all you need for a comfortable stay. Ji is amazing. I highly recommend a short or longer stay at the Ji Family Courtyard Inn.

Pingyao Laochenggen Inn har en god beliggenhed i Pingyao Ancient City-distriktet i Pingyao. I had a great time staying at this place.The room was very clean, and everything was well-organized .The hostel also had a lovely tarace where I could relax It was conveniently, making it easy to get around the city.The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

This is a family-run hotel with the whole family pitching in. They were delightful and keen to be helpful with lots of cups of tea, advice and assistance with purchasing tickets. It felt like I was staying with friends. Very little english, but fearless with using translation apps. Very thoughtful - gave me a bottle of water for the train home after dropping me at the station. The standout for this property was the staff. I wish them every success with their business.
