Very nice lodge in Puerto Narino, we were staying in a double room with, comfortable bed, there are two very efficient fans and a mosquito net around the bed (we were there during a dry season so not many mosquitoes). Breakfast, simple but nice, served at a little terrace, and a small kitchen is also available. There is a nice balcony with a view to the river to chill. The staff can help you organise activities in the Amazon with their guide Alex, who took us to a nice trip to a village across the river in Peru, to see the sloths and visit a community. They have a wide range of activities, recommend informing yourself a few days before and making a plan, but you can also find something on the spot. Be advised that there are domestic animals in the gardens around so you will likely wake up early with the sound of roosters - but that is part of the experience!

La Ceiba is a magical place run by warm, smiling, and helpful people. Staying there is not just about accommodation – it’s a true experience that lets you embrace the spirit of the Amazon. The hotel also offers tours, giving you the chance to fully explore the wonders of the jungle and the Amazon River. I rarely give a 10/10 rating, but this place absolutely deserves it. We spent 4 unforgettable days there, and I am certain I will return. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience.

Hotel Tatüane mundo Amazónico situa-se em Puerto Nariño e apresenta um jardim e um terraço. Our stay here with Leo and his wife, Elizabeth, exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Eco Hostel RENASE, em Leticia, providencia acomodações apenas para adultos com um jardim e comodidades para churrascos. My stay was amazing. The lodge is immersed in the Amazon forest. The location was ideal as it is easily accessible by bus from Leticia. Mario and Joana welcomed me and were always around in case I needed anything. Joana helped me organize activities around the Amazon and even helped me plan the rest of my trip to Iquitos. She arranged breakfast earlier than planned when I needed to leave early and prepared a small desert for me when I arrived. I truly felt welcomed and loved my stay at Renase.

Hostal Ebenezer Macedonia encontra-se em Macedonia, num edifício que data de 2018, e apresenta um jardim e quartos com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Probably the best hostel in the entire Amazon! Not only are the owners and their entire family extremely kind and helpful, the food is also amazing and they are the only place in Macedonia (the village) with uninterrupted electricity and high speed internet thanks to solar panels and Starlink (satellite internet). I got quite a bit of work done during my stay and was also able to relax. The hostel is located at the edge of the village (about 5 min walking from where you arrive by boat), which means that it's very quiet and peaceful.

Nice place to stay in Leticia, enough what I needed for one night, it has two fans in the room, 3 beds and toilet.

I loved my stay with them and the meals and conversations we shared. A magical place in the middle of the jungle and Ale and her family will do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

We had an excellent time staying with German, Sara and Calet. The location is great, as it allows you to explore the Amazon (both the river and the jungle) with the tours offered with ease. Before we arrived Calet was very helpful by providing us information about the tours possible and advising us on what we need to bring. Botas impermeables were provided, meaning we did not have to pack and bring them ourselves. The property is very clean and comfortable, and there is electricity and Wi-Fi at the property from about mid morning to 12pm. Sara cooked delicious local food for us for all three meals which were excellent value for money. There was a lot of flexibility with the activities we wanted to do, and we were able to do everything we wanted, including seeing the pink dolphins. It was also nice to stay somewhere where it is clear your money is going directly to support both a family, and the surrounding community. We had an amazing time staying here and would recommend it to anyone.
