My recent two night stay was exceptional. The ocean view from the hostel was incredible and the food was delicious. The hosts were very friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay! Highly recommended!

Situated in Playa Blanca, a few steps from Playa Blanca, Vista Linda Cabaña offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a minimarket, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house has family rooms. We had an amazing stay at Vista Linda. We originally booked for only one night as we didn't know how we'd handle the lack of air conditioning but there is good ventilation in the cabana. We stayed for an extra night and would have stayed longer if our itinerary had allowed for it! Manuel is so kind and friendly, he was a great help in organising transport to Barú and the mangrove and plankton tours, or even just chatting and having a drink with us. Roxana is amazing, whipping up delicious food in the kitchen and keeping the place spotless. Food portions are huge and very prices for both food and drink are very reasonable. The cabana is in a good location, away from the busiest section of the beach, although be aware there are still some boats where you enter the water. We have no complaints whatsoever, everything is as described. If you are accepting of the basic facilities on offer on Barú in general you'll not have any troubles here. I doubt you'd get a better, more relaxing atmosphere for a similar price.

The property features sea and city views, and is 39 km from San Felipe de Barajas Castle. The guest house has family rooms. Renacer Hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing escape. Located right on the beach, it’s close to restaurants and little shops. The rooms are nice and there is good quality wifi. Juan is also an excellent host, always on hand to help or answer questions. Would recommend.

Great decoration style and ambient to stay safe and as home. El Mono and his wife are real super hosts. Great deal! the place is just as it appears on the app. Very responsive people and kind hosts. The place is gorgeous, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the ocean view is simply amazing. Worth to be there!

All units at the guest house are fitted with a seating area. Accommodation includes a patio with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a shared bathroom with shower. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. Carlos is just the best and we loved our stay with him and his dogs and would return anytime. He's also a great chef and Spanish-teacher who makes you feel very well taken care of during your stay.

Very confortable and perfect to live the island experience. Staff is very kind and helpful. You can do the tours with them with less people and cheaper. Food and drinks at the bar are really tasty and big quantity. Totally recommended.

An on-site restaurant is available at the guest house, where guests can enjoy a range of different cuisines, including American and Caribbean food. Really lovely stay by the beach. Playa Blanca is a touristy spot in the days, however, this hostel is really tranquil in the evenings, and mornings in particular. We had the balcony area to chill in during the days so your away from any crowds, still looking out on the beach and able to just walk down to get in the water when you wish.
