Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant was also excellent but not open all the time. Pool was a nice area to chill. Beach only steps away.

O Playa Negra Guesthouse está localizado em Cahuita, mesmo em frente à praia. Todas as unidades possuem uma área de estar. The location is serene, beautiful, quiet and directly across from the beach. Yellow cottage was fantastic with the big covered porch. The owners Marise and Peter wonderful and so helpful with taxi, tours. It is like a nature preserve.

This is a lovely place with a private deck on the ocean. It is coral, so not a beach for swimming - but Playa Negra is a beautiful black sand beach a mere 10 minute walk away - excellent for swimming. We had the air conditioned rooms with floor to ceiling windows looking out at the jungle and ocean as well as a lovely swimming pool. The back courtyard not only a few steps from the ocean, but also full of hammocks and wildlife, daily visits from howler monkeys and tons of birds. A beautiful place to relax. The breakfast was delightful, the staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and very close to everything in town. Many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The national park, hiking and snorkeling all within a few minutes walk. We LOVED this place and can't wait to go back.

Podem reservar de olhos fechados. Reservámos 3 noites e acabamos por acrescentar mais uma porque é um lugar espetacular, com boas ondas, pessoal atento. Os donos são super simpáticos e ciosos do nosso bem estar. A limpeza é irrepreensível! A gentileza de oferecer café todas as manhãs aos hóspedes é uma atenção muito agradável! E tem estacionamento seguro dentro das instalações! Cahuita é um lugar espetacular para relaxar e nada massificado.

Elisa and her mother were wonderful hosts! Extremely friendly, have great local recommendations and made me feel welcome as part of the family straight away. The house is very peaceful and a great place to relax, with easy access to Playa Negra, several local bars and a short walk to the centre of Cahuita and Cahuita National Park. You can see numerous animals in the surroundings (I saw a little Capybara 🥹). Casa Aldirica is a fantastic place to stay and I would whole-heartedly recommend it! Pura Vida 😊

Orgánico Punta Riel encontra-se em Cahuita, a 12 km de Centro de Resgate do Jaguar, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um terraço. Very organic, relaxing vibes, great and helpful owner 😊 you can get easily by local buses to Cahuita, Porto viejo, Manzanillo etc. or visit cacao museum on the other side of the road. We really love the whole location.

Brigitte is amazing, her ranch is full of animals including a sloth. we also had a beautiful horse ride and a demonstration of chocolate production (chocholate tour) the house with two rooms and a hot tub was amazing and in the middle of Costa Rican nature.

O Marfi Inn disponibiliza um restaurante italiano no local, um jardim e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito em todas as áreas. Está localizado a 200 metros de Playa Blanca e das Praias de Playa Negra. Joseph the owner has been great!! We were travelling with our family, the apartment was confortable, clean and nice , we also had kitchen which was very helpful with kids and fridge. In the apartment we found Europe plug to change our Phone etc.. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Fresh fruits every day(local fruit) Eggs, hambre Coffee.. Also they have a few table games for kids. She also helped out with our Phone.. we had problem with our sim card and she was so kind to sort out the problem:)) Near by the public transportation, we arrive from San Jose with Mepe bus and took another bus to Puerto Viejo. Near by supermarket, and 5 minutes to the National Park of Cahuita, and 10 minutes from playa negra. We strongly reccomend this place!! Safe, clean, confortable. Grazie for everything;)
