At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. Great place in the middle of nature. We can always watch monkeys from our balcony and there's 2 hammocks which is perfect for a couple. There are 2 other rental properties in the compound but we felt privacy as our balcony was opposite the others and facing just nature. Kitchen is equipped enough for simple meals. The swimming pool is nice to have is the Costa Rican heat. Owners are very kind.

Beautiful light, comfortable bed, absolutely marvelous host, and a stunning cook as well! Just be prepared that you will access the house via a steep gravel road just slightly outside of the main part of Santa Elena. It's good to have an SUV with good ground clearance in Monteverde and this is no different.

It was beautiful waking up to the sounds of the rainforest, I stayed at a beautiful cabin surrounded with trees. The unit was very comfortable and the lodge has very nice communal areas. Great friendly host and secured inside parking. The area is very quiet a short drive to the center.

I felt very welcome as a sole traveler and it was nice that he made time to chat each morning over breakfast and share insights of the area. The breakfasts were extremely generous and Mike even prepared a continent breakfast on the mornings I needed to leave early on a tour. Mike organized two wonderful tours for me and gave lots of tips of what to see and do. Thank you

Each room here will provide you with a full kitchen, including a microwave and a refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options. The owners were so nice and accommodating, they spoke Spanish to us but slowly so we could try and understand, which was great because we were trying to practice our Spanish. The accommodation was super close to the beach which there were not many people so it was great. There was also a sloth named George in the tree out the front which was an awesome suprise! Overall a great stay!
