We organised a last-minute trip for a short getaway from Berlin as we wanted to go kayaking in the Spreewald. We were lucky to get the last room available at Bludnik. The location is stunning. You have to walk a bit from the carpark but the payoff is that you are in the middle of the forest with no traffic sounds, only the singing of birds, the rustle of leaves and the gentle lapping of water against the dock. The rooms are very modern and elegant and the bed is so comfy that I slept very well, even from the first night, which almost never happens when I stay in a hotel. The hotel has kayaks for rent which I thoroughly recommend as we spent a beautiful 3 hours paddling around the town and then out along the Spree, which is a gorgeous section of the river. Will definitely be back.

The rooms were quite spacious, and the furniture looked really new. It seemed like the rooms had been recently renovated or built. We particularly enjoyed the lovely patio with a view of a small creek. The room was very clean and the staff friendly.

This accommodation was simply amazing. The interior was luxurious and stylish — such a lovely surprise when we arrived. All the rooms were sparkling clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel was located right on the water, and there was even the option to rent a kayak directly from the owner. The host was very helpful and pleasant.
