This beautiful Lodge is located right at the entrance to the quiloto loop. The hostess is warm and lovely and happy to chat. The dinner was fabulous! The bed comfortable and warm with many blankets. Great breakfast and pack lunch. There's a fireplace games and books as well as endless coffee tea and water. Plus good wifi. All that amazingness and you walk out the door in the morning and you're on the trail!

They are so lovely, hardworking, friendly, and helpful. The location is great, just off the trail to Quilotoa so you only need to start walking down hill in the morning. The hostel is very quiet. The food is good with nice big portion sizes. Definitely a good place to stay on the hike!

A senhora foi sempre simpática e solícita, tivemos um acolhimento perfeito desde quando chegamos. Ainda por cima, o carro teve problema de bateria e a senhora nos ajudou sem pestanejar, tentando buscar socorro na locadora Europcar, que não veio, e no final resolvendo ela mesma o problema dando carga na bateria a partir do seu carro. Ficamos muito gratos a ela por essas e outras atitudes.

Cabañas Quilotoa tem um jardim, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Quilotoa. Great place to stay in Quilotoa. The room was very big and the bed super confortable. There is a stove in case it gets too cold. Large bathroom with very hot water. Hot tea and coffee always available at reception and also water, which is quite rare here. At night they also have a restaurant with excellent pizzas and a selection of vegetarian dishes. Breakfast was also great with quite a lot. Lastly everyone was super friendly, I really had a great stay.

I asked for an early breakfast at 6am and they not only delivered but had a taxi ready to immediately take me to Quilotoa ($5). Highly recimmended.

They kindly explained the activities around, we did the tour to Cotopaxi volcano and it was incredible with professional guide. I recommend this hostel, the rooms are cozy and clean, they offer laundry and restaurant service for dinner and breakfast in a beautiful commun area. Plus it is located close from the historical center and downtown.
