The location is a little further away from the centre of town, but it was still within walking distance. It was also easy to get to the property from the ferry pier via shared taxi ($1 per pax).

The AC works very well and there is a fridge to keep your drinks cool.

Fanny is an exceptional host and super sweet and helpful even though my Spanish was horrible. The room was large and had an A/C and I could even hang my clothes out in front of the room and because the sun shines on them most of the day they were dry in no time. The location is absolutely excellent, right on the main road of the sleepy Puerto Villamil with travel agencies (I recommend Pahoehoe) and a lavanderia and mini-market right across the street and just 3 minutes walking to the beach.
