I like that the hotel was in a quiet side alley so it's more private and quiet. It's a 4min walk the public ferry boat that crosses the Nile over to the East Bank. Where the East Bank is very noisy and busy with lots of hustlers, the West Bank is more peaceful and laid back. The hotel just opened last November and everything was brand new. The design - both interior and exterior was very nice, had a Moroccan theme. Laurice the owner and general manager was lovely. She was able to answer all my questions about the area, very helpful and friendly. The Egyptian breakfast was also great, it was a giant tray with a plate of ful, fried scrabled egg, a basket of aish baladi, eish fino and a flaky paratha, strawberry jam, laughing cow cheese, honey, yogurt, olives, white dip, bowl of mixed fruit, orange juice and coffee/tea - it's basically brunch lol. I stayed in the Nagham room which was on the rooftop. Although it was a bit of a hike to drag my luggage all the way up (no elevator lol), it was well worth it because I had the whole rooftop area to myself! The room's private balcony has views of the nile whereas the balconies of the other rooms just face inward into the courtyard of the building. There was also a public balcony up there as well. It's a beautiful property overall, I highly recommend!

Apresentando um jardim, terraço, restaurante e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, Karima House situa-se em Luxor, a 1,8 km de Medinet Habu Temple e 2,7 km de Colossi of Memnon. Essa foi a nossa cidade favorita da viagem e certamente a estadia contribuiu para isso. Escolhemos propositalmente ficar fora da cidade e a localização não poderia ser melhor, com a vista mais rural do interior com canais do Nilo e plantações, e o contraste do deserto do outro lado. Acordar com os balões sobrevoando no terraço foi um bônus! Quanto à estadia, não vá embora sem comer a comida do Ali, ele é um excelente cozinheiro! Ele oferece diversas opções vegetarianas/veganas e é absolutamente incrível. O café da manhã muito bem servido e com diversas opções de comida local, além de um ótimo café e espresso. Passeios e transportes, pode resolver diretamente com o Ali também, e pode contar com preços justos. Eu recomendaria a Karima House para qualquer amigo que fosse à Luxor de olhos fechados!

Um dos melhores sitios que ja fiquei em viagem no mundo! Tudo o que dizem é verdade. Jantar incrível incluído, levam te e buscam te de um chegares, e o pequeno almoço é incrível tambem. Sempre prontos a ajudar e fizeram me sentir super confortável como mulher a viajar sozinha. Conheci pessoas incríveis aqui também.

Happiness Guest House tem um jardim, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Luxor. My stay was fantastic, the staff were great, they all worked as a team and created a positive environment. The guest house is only a short walk away from the Nile, near restaurants and shops. I booked all the activities through the guest house, the attention was incredible and all the tours were tailored to my needs. I would recommend it 100 % and I will definitely go back when I visit Luxor again.

Convenient location to reach by taxi from the airport, one step inside and it instantly feels like the rest of the city doesn't exist. Pretty dining area and attentive staff. We had breakfast and dinners in front of the swimming pool. Nice food too!

Everything about this place is excellent , very clean place and excellent staff, they are very kind and friendly , also a very good location that lets you enjoy crossing the nile . I recommend and definitely will come back .

He welcomes you, make sure you are comfortable, discuss life in general, knows everyone and can arrange everything that you need (from transportation to excursions, from dinner to appointments at the beauty salon 🙂, feel free to ask for help anytime) . His staff, all family and/or friends are as kind and welcoming. The breakfast is fresh, tasty and plentiful. The garden area is a peaceful Oasis. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a short walk will take you to a grocery store, a fruit stall and some restaurants. In summary, you get this cozy feeling of living like a local . I had the opportunity to meet other guests that were repeat visitors and would not stay anywhere else. He owns another property in another equally attractive location that soon will be ready to be booked. I mention this because it shows the entrepreneur spirit mixed with an eximious quality of hospitality.

Hima was great host so helpful with everything we need. Hima help with all our bookings for activitys and also took myself and my son to there local Soccer game.
