We originally booked for three days but ended up extending for another three because we loved it so much. JJ and his family/staff are all very kind and friendly — they made us feel so at home in their beautiful slice of the world. Elephantine Island is very relaxed and has a lovely local feel (a very nice change from Aswan city and the rest of Egypt!). That said, you’re only a two-minute ferry from the mainland which was super easy and we went in most nights for dinner. We booked a tour to Abu Simbel through JJ which saved us from having to think about logistics of getting there ourselves 🙌🏼 we ended up being the first group there for the day so got some amazing photos and we’re back in the guesthouse by 1pm. Also the included breakfast was incredibly generous. Everyday we had fresh juice, eggs, bread, salad, cheese, fruit salad, jam & honey. Honestly amazing value and cooked with love. Plus the view from the rooftop (where breakfast is served) is beautiful, looking over the Nile. Our room also had an amazing view of the river. Honestly I can’t rave enough about this place. We feel so happy to have stumbled upon JJ Guesthouse and are leaving with some very special memories ✨🩷

يوفر مكان إقامة "Osiris Guest House" إطلالات على الجبل وخدمة واي فاي مجاني ومواقف خاصة للسيارات مجاناً، وهو يقع في أبو سمبل على بُعد 1.5 كم من معبد أبو سمبل. The perfect place with everything you need for a visit to Abu Simbel. Ashraf and his family are extraordinary hosts. They can provide a spectacular dinner or a delicious breakfast. We skipped dinner as we were coming back from a long trip, and it was great to rest and recharge our batteries for our visit to the Temple of Ramses II early the next day, practically free of tourists. The town is very quiet and safe. Thank you so much for everything.

يقع مكان إقامة "Nuba Heart" في أسوان، على بعد 7.6 كم من ضريح الأغا خان، ويتميز بإطلالات على الحديقة. The staff they were super kind, help me with everything. The room is quite big and clean. The location on the west bank, what for me was more interesting, is a small village, relax place and great view for Nile and the city. Super easy to go to the city by ferry boat, 10 Egyptian pounds, super cheap, working all day
