I loved that I was available to check in at 23:30 since I had just arrived town ando couldn’t arrive earlier. The room was really comfortable and clean and the breakfast was totally worth it. In addition, it’s 10min away (walking) from the bus station which is really convenient.

Fantastic value, the accomodation was pristine and facilities excellent. Perfect for our group of travellers. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything. Also big shout out to Eider who was amazing and helped with all our questions and needs, including arranging a driver home for us from Bilbao. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again!

Situated in Vitoria-Gasteiz, located at city center, close to Plaza Nueva and Plaza Virgen Blanca, 4.5 km of Fernando Buesa Arena and 500 meters away Basque House of Parliament in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Property was very clean and spacious in the centre of all the action and at the edge of the”old town”. Staff were outstandingly helpful, especially with regards to dropping our luggage early. Great access to train station, restaurants, bars etc.

Traditional pensione, just 6 rooms, Great location a few minutes from a supermarket, train station and the Old Town. The owners are a kind older couple who seem to live on site. Not a big criticism.. but... It's really hard to find. The owners don't speak English so phoning to get directions doesn't work. TOP TIP: BCom has the address as 9 Bake Kalea. That is Basque. But the address on the door is 9 La Paz Calle. Which is Spanish. Both mean Peace Street. And the name of the pension itself isn't on the downstairs security door. Just a generic plaque saying HT, so it feels the wrong place. Hope this helps someone!

The Casa de Los Arquillos can be found next to Plaza de la Virgen Blanca in the historical centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Perfect ubication just in the heard of the city. Clean and comfy perfect for couples. Very very recommended!
