Loved the position and the room was so comfortable. It was nice having a coffee machine and fluffy towels. A beautiful balance of rustic and classical in a stunning rural setting, this hotel is located beside the Picos de Europa National Park in the Liébana Valley. It boasts an elegant restaurant. My husband and I loved our stay here. It was very cozy and comfortable. The room was just what we needed and the breakfast was lovely. The patio is a real treat.

Posada La Torre de La Quintana is housed in a listed historical building that breathes an air of nobility and aristocracy, surrounded by the beautiful lush Cantabrian countryside. The setting is lovely and so is the staff.

The property manager, Carlos, is the most exceptional host I have encountered. Generous and hospitable to a fault, he took care of all our needs and simply could not do enough for us. He speaks excellent English, and we had wonderful conversations with him. He recommended that we visit the local fiesta in nearby Reinosa, and it was a very special experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and cosy. It was lovely to sit next to some local people while they played cards at night, and our rooms were superbly clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, right next to a tranquil lake with grazing horses and cattle and lots of water birds. Perfect in every way.
