Very near to the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Excellent room, very clean (the smell was amazing), modern, confortable, with such a friendly staff. I’ll come back for sure.

The host, Dani, is amazing. He represents the feeling of Villafranca: warm, charming, kind and so welcoming to everyone. He works so hard and is always there for everyone. The house and rooms are tastefully decorated. My room was super comfortable (bed, shower, lightning, everything). The food, perfectly paired with local wine, was the best I have had on the Camino. This experience will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

Boasting a shared lounge and free WiFi, Antika Snoga is located in Avila, 200 metres from Avila Cathedral and 400 metres from Torreón de los Guzmanes. The property offered the what we expected . It is really close to the historic Ávila and its attractions. The staff was really attentive and supportive.

My only complaint would be they set the bar too high! I stayed here on my second night of this trip and have been thinking of it every day since. The dinner was a spectacular bargain, 11 euro for a bottle of wine, appetizer (I think I had soup), main (there was a choice of beef cheek or pork cutlet with potatoes--to be honest I which I'd gotten the beef but the pork was also good, and dessert--i had basque cheesecake. Breakfast was also a great bargain with eggs, ham, bread, coffee and a piece of cake for 5 euro. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view and was a good temperature.

Hostal Plaza Mayor is located on El Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route and features accommodation in Carrión de los Condes. Very pleasant & efficient check in, the owner was so helpful & provided us with information about the town including restaurants, bars and places of interest. Room was very comfortable, I would highly recommend a stay at this Hostal.

Featuring 1-star accommodation, Hostal Doña Juana is situated in Avila, less than 1 km from Avila City Hall and a 14-minute walk from Avila County Council. The location is great, right next to the plaza and the Roman walls. The staff are very helpful and considerate. I could leave my luggage before check in time and after my check out time, which really helps me a lot.

Hostal Granada is located just 8 minutes’ walk from Salamanca’s Plaza Mayor, near the popular tapas bars of Van Dyck Street. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. Small, comfortable and not ruinous to the pocket hostal. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not very spacious but perfect for the stay. Location is perfect - all amenities are just within 10 minutes walk. There are plenty of tapas bars, restaurants around the place.
