Olivier the host is exceptional. He is so attentive to our needs and is so knowledgeable. The house is gorgeous full of history and beautiful furniture. Our room was clean with a big bathroom. Olivier is so caring and approachable. He very kindly invited us for a tour of the wine cellar which we completed before leaving the next morning. The house is full of historical charm and Olivier is so natural at delivering this information. He cares about his business and it shows in the way he treats his guests. He speaks fondly of his family which is so endearing. I would definitely return to Oliviers home and hotel because my husband and felt so welcomed by him. Thanks Olivier for a wonderful stay.

Hay vistas a la ciudad. 5 Stars - A Perfect Stop Before Roncesvalles! Staying at ETXEALE was one of the highlights of our Camino! Alejandra is a wonderful host—and an amazing chef. The breakfast she prepared was absolutely delicious, full of homemade flavors. The house itself is beautiful, stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly welcoming. We instantly felt at home. We also had the joy of meeting Banban, her sweet dog who added even more warmth to our stay. The location is perfect for those walking the Camino—quiet, cozy, and a great place to recharge. The next morning, we took a taxi to the top of the mountain where the Virgin of Orisson site is, and from there we walked through the stunning Pyrenees. It was the perfect combination of comfort and adventure. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 5 Estrellas - ¡La parada perfecta antes de Roncesvalles! ETXEALE fue una de las mejores experiencias en nuestro Camino. Alejandra es una anfitriona maravillosa—y una chef increíble. El desayuno que preparó fue absolutamente delicioso, con sabores caseros. La casa es hermosa, decorada con mucho estilo, impecablemente limpia y muy acogedora. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. También tuvimos la suerte de conocer a Banban, su dulce perrita, que añadió aún más calidez a nuestra estadía. La ubicación es perfecta para quienes hacen el Camino: tranquila, cómoda y perfecta para descansar. Al día siguiente tomamos un taxi hasta la cima de la montaña donde está el sitio de la Virgen de Orisson, y desde allí comenzamos nuestra caminata por los impresionantes Pirineos. Fue la combinación ideal de confort y aventura. Sin duda me volveré a quedar aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Hostal Rural 18 de Abril se encuentra en Olite, a 46 km de Catedral de Pamplona, y dispone de salón de uso común, habitaciones libres de humo y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Nos alojamos 4 personas, en el mismo espacio había dos habitaciones, un baño y un aseo. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno de cortesía todo un detalle.

Spectacular stay with amazing host. Room was very clean and comfortable, shared bathroom not a problem and the surroundings were charming and quiet. Despite being only our third day on the Camino, by the end, still one of our best stays. The living area with Tv and kitchen were perfect. Definitely will be back here in our next Camino.

Good vibe in the bar on my arrival but that might be because Carlos Alcaraz was in the process of winning the men's final of the French Open! Was sooo good, beautiful historic building, very clean, right on the Camino path. Recently refurbished to high standards. Would defiantly go Bach and highly recommend - thanks 🤍
