The owners Victoria and her husband were so welcoming and kind I cannot recommend s there mhospitality enough. The hotel is very old world Spanish and emaculate.

Sonia very kindly allowed me to check in early so I was able to drop off my bag and walk to Real Sitio de San Ildefonso - a lovely little town with a beautiful palace and garden.

The property is soundproof and is situated 27 km from Alcazar de Segovia. It was a great one night stop from the north to Madrid. We appreciated having our own bathroom. It was warm and comfortable.

It’s like staying in a medieval house but fully updated meaning that no moldy or old smell lingering. The furnishing and decor was done artistically and with so much detail. It’s like a museum in itself. The bathroom was totally updated and modern.
