In fact the entire premise is spotless - right from the entrance from the street. The Don Diego room is spacious on the second floor. (Note there are no lifts available). The vintage decor in the room is well preserved and it is a joy to stay in a room with such beauty. The bathroom is renovated with modern fittings. The shower has +6 settings with high water pressure.

Casa Rural La Casona is a marvellous quirky old house, full of history and interesting artefacts. Our room was large and comfortable, and in addition there is a formal dining room, a small kitchen and a large sitting room which the guests can use. This was very useful for us as the local restaurant was closed, so we bought food from the next town and ate it "at home". A large breakfast was served at the restaurant a few steps away. We had a lovely stay.
