Clean spacious room with comfortable beds and good amount of space. There was also a fridge, which was super handy. The bathroom was great too. The noise insulation seemed really good, and much better than many more expensive hotels. All in all a great stay and a great bargain. We found free parking on the street less than 10 minutes away. I have to say that it's handy not having to worry about a key - it's all done online and then via codes.

This family-run guest house is situated in the centre of Puebla de Sanabria, 300 metres from the Castle and the Old Town. It offers free Wi-Fi and heated rooms with a flat-screen TV. Exceptional room, bed, pillows, service and breakfast. We were given an early check-in and we were able to help ourselves to hot drinks out of hours in the cafeteria. the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

Posada Los Condestables is located in the small town of Villalpando, an hour’s drive from Valladolid. Individually styled rooms. Lovely courtyard. Comfortable lounge. The restaurant food was delicious. Very friendly owners and staff.

If you come by train you can walk to the hotel. And it’s about a 10 minute walk to the old section of the city. The hotel is located between the two main streets into the old city. There is a kitchen with plates and cups and a microwave. Also a lounge. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The Hostería Real de Zamora is located in the historic centre of the city, next to the Romanesque stone bridge. This historic building has lots of beautiful art- museum quality-and has been updated but not overly so that the charm is maintained. I loved the location near the river. Excellent breakfast and kind staff. It’s an excellent value for any who prefers character in their lodging. If I ever return to Zamora, I would stay here again!
