The room was clean, large and comfortable. Nice shower and comfy bed. Easy connection to the city center of Bordeaux. Just a few minutes walking to the tram. I would choose this accommodation again with 100 percent certainty for my next visit to Bordeaux or Merignac. A little gem not to forget.

It is situated less than 1 km from CAPC Musee d'Art Contemporain and features a lift. The guest house provides quiet street views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Can’t say enough about this place- good things only. What a find- the photos do not do justice to the place. Four of us- adults. In a large room with 2 bed rooms and 2 washrooms. The only (and the only ) shortcoming of the place is that the WC is separate from both the bedrooms and doesn’t have a wash basin in it. We had a veritable apartment- 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a small kitchen area. Excellent decor throughout and small thoughtful touches all over the apartment. Beds were comfortable, large TV (that we didn’t switch on), large dining table (good to work on if needed), and rain shower heads in bathrooms. Excellent breakfast delivered promptly to the room by the lovely Maddy. She is a gem and great to deal with. Ahmed one of the co-owners was a charm and delight. His enthusiasm was infectious. Location- within 2 minutes to a pharmacy, a supermarket, a book store etc. within 9 minutes to Rue Notre Dame area. We bought a tote bag and a candle- they looked delectable. The whole family loved it. Would I stay here again: YES.

Wonderful property and hosts. Very tasty breakfast. Will be back for sure when we next time in Périgueux.

The charm of the house furbished with a local touch. The breakfast, including home made cakes - and a little chocolate gift for our daughter for Easter. A detail, but the open shelves and hangers in the room were very practical to store items for our stay. It's a really pleasant place to stay, in the middle of the wine region, easy access to many chateaux. Public parking is possible in front of the house and free of charge. A great value for the price you pay. We hope to be back one day.
