Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Love everything about Beaches!! Absolutely spotless, beautiful, comfortable, the breakfast and home made shortbread and jam!! And the owner Jan and her family and dog Harris! We stayed in the twin room with kitchen and it was fantastic. The gardens are beautiful too!

House is great, parlor with a variety of drinks, ice, magazines, room is also very clean and nice, comfortable bed, etc.
