The room and the host were incredible. She was very knowledgeable regarding the area and places to visit. The room was huge. It had all the amenities a guest could ask for. The bed was a very comfortable king size one. The two chairs provided were upholstered and very comfortable. A coffee table was next to the chairs. As for breakfast, there were various selections to choose from. They were all fantastic.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again when we are in the area.

Absolutely fantastic Kev & Kirsty were excellent hosts, they provided lots of information about the surrounding area - places to visit, directions etc The guest house is lovely with a beautiful garden, sauna and hot tub. Inside is also beautifully presented. The room was also lovely and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of options. It is also in an ideal location.

Rossmor B&B is located at the quiet end of the Main Street , easy to walk to dinner or drive to explore the countryside. There was ample easy parking and a beautiful garden to relax in and a bird feeder outside the breakfast room. The hour an old Victorian , came complete with original skeleton keys. Thomas welcomed us and made dinner suggestions and reservations for us as well as recommending good walks and activities. Our room was very large on the top floor and had the most comfortable beds we have experienced in Scotland. Lots of pillows and good quality soaps. Then there was breakfast. No end of choice. Our favourites were the scrambled eggs on leeks on toast and a wonderful fruit salad. The kippers were delicious and came with instructions from Thomas on the correct way to debone the fish. We enjoyed talking with Thomas and appreciated his dry wit. All in all a wonderful stay.
