I’ve been traveling with booking.com for years, and this is by far the best place I ever stayed in. The room was comfortable with all the facilities provided. Location convenient for public transportation and quiet enough. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Since I’ve stayed for longer period they made sure I get access to additional facilities such as drawing room, kitchen and washing machine. Perfect both for shorter and longer stays.

Although it was a very brief stay, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Lomond. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. I had everything I needed. Carol was a lovely host and gave me a good recommendation for dinner. I enjoyed my stroll around the neighbourhood and along the waterfront.

The house is beautifully situated, overlooking the Firth of Forth, and the dining-room has a panoramic view. Our lovely room was large and the bed very comfortable. Lots of storage space. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was all one could wish for. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

Clarke Cottage Guest House is situated in Dunfermline. This 3-star guest house offers a shared lounge and luggage storage space. Free WiFi and free private parking is available. Hosts made us feel very welcome, the room was lovely and breakfast was exceptional. It is close to train and bus links and there is a great local pub along the road called the Elizabethan.

I think it's the best guest house that I've ever been. John is wonderful, everything, literally everything is oriented towards making the guest feel welcomed. Very clean, AMAZING garden, really in touch with nature (2 pet mini chickens that I loved, Hasel and Cranberrly - don't know if I spelled it correctly, squirrels, birds, lovely flowers), and still super close to the centre, to everything that You need. Great addition is the coffee and tea machine, the spotless bathroom (practical also for people with back problems like me). The room was reserved without breakfast, but the additional stuff that You can drink/eat in the morning without any supplementary cost is literally all you need in the morning.
