There was always fresh fruit available and a lovely cozy living room with a fireplace. I would have liked to stay there for a longer time.

The owners are particularly generous with their time and attention to detail. With my visit being in Winter I was happy to see I had electrical blankets on the beds. Showers had an abundance of hot water and the home was decorated lovely for Christmas. Breakfast choices were varied and super coffee being served. Complimentary bottles of water and snack bars and chocolates also in abundance.

All units include a kettle, a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box, while some rooms will provide you with a terrace and some have garden views. At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. This was the cleanest I've ever seen a home. The owners we're very friendly and helpful. We arrived late due to a flat tire and they were very accommodating. We definitely recommend.

I am a frequently traveler, and not staying small hotel or Airbnb room, I booked this room based on the pictures showed on the web, and price. I didn’t expect the facility was really nice, like a good hotel (not a motel!) room. Highly recommend.

The property is non-smoking and is set 9.2 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. Nice and quiet location with really comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was also really nice. There was breakfast in the fridge with a nice table set up in the room with berries, yogurth, tea, cheese, etc a and a toaster.

We were visiting for the new year's from France and the atmosphere was everything we wished for and more for a cosy christmas / old manor vibe in their scottish home. Everything was taken good care of with perfect attention to details. Breakfast was outstanding with so much variety and quality (amazing summer fruit homemade compote). Definitely everything we could expect from a country immersive bed and breakfast, which are so hard to find nowadays. Thank you to our marvelous hosts !
