Just across the road from Shanklin beach, The Osborne is ADULTS-ONLY accommodation, and offers bed and breakfast on the Isle of Wight’s eastern coast. Had a wonderful time. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Very helpful with directions and suggestions of what to do and where to go.

Located in a Victorian villa in one of the most beautiful areas on the coast of the Isle of Wight, St Maur is a family run guest house. Warm welcome by David. Very polite, friendly and efficient waitresses for breakfast and excellent room service staff. Exceptionally clean. Very good quality fruit for breakfast and perfectly cooked full English. Beautiful room.

Without doubt, the driving force behind this is the personal and very genuine welcome extended by Sara and Kevin, who moved from London to run their very own B&B in 2019. Their care and attention has transformed it into a cosy, homely venue three minutes from the sand. If you seek an inexpensive, well-connected and welcoming stay on the island, look no further; and yes, the breakfast is precisely as good as others report.

The hotel has a special, very thoughtful classic design, from the inside it could be mistaken with a museum. The artworks all around are beautiful and so are the rooms with colours of the interior matching each other. It is very obvious that the owners have put an incredible amount of work and love into this Enchanted house. What is even more special is the family running the place. The combination of their extreme kindness and craftiness was noticeable from the first minute. What an example of the way to treat the place you live & host guests in. Breakfasts are phenomenal with all ingredients being of the highest quality, in a way we're glad to have stayed just for three days because it's way too easy to get used to that :) Thank you so much once again, it was our greatest pleasure meeting you and until the next time!
