The owner welcomed me when I arrived late in the evening , tired from the west highland way, and was very kind and warm! He was helpful and patient even though it was pretty late. The room was decorated so special, and had everything I needed for a good night sleep. The shower is great. The location is close to the WHW trail and was the best choice. Very close to a pub and a coffee place. I would stay there again.

Food is served all day and the bar has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere and a real log fire. Wonderful staff, super friendly from the lady at reception the the staff in the restaurant and bar. We stayed in pod 2, which was warm cosy and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, and the food was high quality, delicious.

The manager was wonderful and even arrived minutes later to resolve an issue with an overhead light that would not turn off. The shower was great with lots of water pressure and soap provided. The location is right off the West Highlands Way trail which was so nice for the walk. It is right on the water which is just beautiful. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the Clansman Pub and Restaurant. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here and the staff were friendly and attentive.
