The room was beautiful, with a wonderful view from the window and a comfortable, spacious bed — I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was well thought out: there were shampoos, earplugs, coffee, and tea. We loved the shared kitchen, stocked with cereals, milk, spreads, and toast bread, so you can help yourself and prepare breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee. There were also board games and cozy background music, which made the atmosphere even nicer. The hosts were exceptionally friendly — they let us check in early, kept our luggage on the last day, took great care of us, chatted with us, and were ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

The property was close to the tram line and very easy to get to. The room was lovely with 2 twin beds, which was very much appreciated! So many options for breakfast and the food was excellent and fresh. I also appreciated the variety of teas and hot chocolate in the room.

The location, about 25min by bus from Edinburgh was just what we wanted, quiet and close to the beach. The bus stop was only a 2min walk away but we had no traffic noise.
