WE were greeted by really friendly staff at the bar, who quickly found details of our reservation and took us to our rooms. We ate in the restaurant, which offered nicely presented food at a decent price. Our steaks were cooked very well and served alongside proper chips. The team here works well together and the staff were all really helpful, pointing out historical details about the region. Our rooms were very comfortable with good facilities (tea and coffee) and were surprisingly quiet (this being a Saturday night). Our breakfasts were very good (eggs Benedict) and served quickly. Plentiful car parking.

This hotel was very beautiful and fits just perfectly in this Shakespear's hometown. The room was gorgeous with a luxurious bathroom and a very comfortable bed --- you can enjoy your bath with some snacks right before bed. The breakfast provided not only a help-your-self buffet table but also something you can order from the menu (also for free).

Arrived late, Zoey and Isaac were kind and welcoming. Isaac opened up the apparel shop so we could get some cool gear, they both chatted with us over a pint whilst cleaning up and shutting down for the night. Left early to catch a flight. Marcus greeted us and offered coffees to go. Super kind!

After traveling on an over-night flight, we checked in early to a very clean and quiet room which we can take a quick rest before we start to explore the town by foot. It is very accessible to major tourist attraction. The breakfast next day is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing. Will definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon.
