This place can work very well if you come as a group of four to six people, bring food in advance, and plan to stay on the property to enjoy the space together.

The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

Everything was perfect, the room was very fresh, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, a very nice balcony. The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, very calm, no noise, very near to the beach. We highly recommend this place.

Absolutely lovely property, right in the heart of the town with ample parking places for our car outside. The family was very friendly, and provided a great breakfast. We ordered dinner at their house as well, which had some special local Adjarian dishes. The views from the main room are stunning.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place during our holiday, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room, which we enjoyed every morning. The beautiful balcony was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!
