Everything went smoothly from the start — the receptionist was super friendly, check-in was quick, and I could pay by card on the spot, which was super convenient. The beds deserve a special mention — they’re really wide and super comfy, I slept like a baby. 🛏️ The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the entire place, so it was cool and comfortable even in the heat. And the best part? It was quiet and peaceful — ideal for proper rest. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s even a coffee machine — perfect for starting the day with a fresh cup of coffee. ☕ Another huge bonus: free laundry! A total lifesaver while traveling. Wi-Fi was stable, the common area was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and chill. Great place for a budget-friendly but comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! 🙌

The view is amazing, and the outdoor areas of the property are very pleasant. Sitting on the balcony surrounded by quiet nature is a highlight. The staff were also nice and helpful. This place can work very well if you come as a group of four to six people, bring food in advance, and plan to stay on the property to enjoy the space together.

We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

There is a mini kitchen on each floor so you can cook or make a coffee/tee if required. An in-house restaurant on the 1st floor, ready to offer you the breakfast or dinner. Location is not in the city center but okay, right in front of the park, so the fresh air is guaranteed. Big parking. Pet friendly.

Absolutely lovely property, right in the heart of the town with ample parking places for our car outside. The family was very friendly, and provided a great breakfast. We ordered dinner at their house as well, which had some special local Adjarian dishes. The views from the main room are stunning.
