This is the best place I have stayed in my Georgia trip. Room was very spacious and well lit with a cute sitout area. It's located very close to the center and big supermarket is at its doorsteps.. kitchen is also fully equipped. Host were super friendly and welcoming. If I visit Batumi again, I will definitely stay here and recommend others as well.

It's a city center - 100 metres distance from Piazza Batumi and Saint Nicholas Orthodox Church. Guesthouse is in a really cosy and quiet place! Nearby are many souvenir shops, coffee houses, cafes and restaurants. Highly reccomended!

All js new and fresh. The place is the best in the city, in the heart of old Batumi. And what makes this place really special is its owners! they are the warmest and nicest people. They helped me a lot during my stay. I totally recommend this hotel if you want friendly caring atmosphere, comfort and great historical location!!!
