My stay in Kutaisi was truly unforgettable thanks to the wonderful hosts, Noda and his wife Elza. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with such warmth and generosity that I instantly felt at home. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations they were always ready to help, offer local tips, and make sure I had everything I needed. The view from the property is absolutely magnificent one of those sights you could spend hours admiring. Whether it’s early morning light or sunset, it’s simply breathtaking. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. It’s clear that Noda and Elza take great pride in their place, and it truly shows. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re visiting Kutaisi, don’t miss the chance to stay here. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and the kind of genuine hospitality that makes Georgia so special.

The most beautiful and clean appartment that we've seen during our Georgian trip. Friendly host that generously provided us airport transport during night (and also restaurant transport!). We can only recommend this place. :)

House is so sparkling clean and so nicely decorated. My room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo, which you don't see very often - also sparkling clean. I arrived late, and Shota met me outside and made sure I had everything I needed. I said I wanted to make me a cup of coffee, and they made me a whole table spread with cakes and other delicious things. Offered me breakfast at 4 in the morning before I was leaving for my flight. I loved my stay!!! I loved these ppl. I want to thank Shota personally for everything! Dear Shota, I hope we will meet again. I m very blessed to have met you and really enjoyed our conversation! You can enjoy the wide beautiful scenery of the town from this room. I love it very much. If I were a digital nomad, I would like to stay longer and do my work at this room enjoying the scenery. The room including bathroom was very clean and comfortable. I think it is not easy to find the entrance only with the address, but the host gives you the detailed information and with that, you won’t be get lost.
