From the land you can see Rabat fort and the mountains around very clear, the location is very calm no car noise, all cafes and stores in 5-6 minutes walk, Rabat square in maybe 8 minutes walk. Oto (the owner) would give me rides to bus station which was very kind, tried to help in every possible way. I was even sad to leave. Big thanks to the family!

The atmosphere is so calm - nature, mountains around pool. Room is clean and comfy. I would definitely come back more! Also recommend you not to use main road if you are coming from Tbilisi, try instead road through the lakes Paravani and Tsalka, this road is super beautiful!
