Victor and his family were very kind and made the stay a great experience by truly caring about the guest's wellbeing, including being able to arrange contactless checkin because of my very early time of arrival.

It is a true guesthouse in a local resident compound. If you like this type of accommodations , you love it. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the external facade. The lady host is very sweet and very nice. She was there to greet us at 4am! We returned to the same place when back from our tour. Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view

Was blessed to enjoy an amazing New Year's feast that they had prepared for their guests and friends.You also get a feel for living in an authentic Tibilisi suburb.
