A person staying there is on a budget. Sure the facilities are functional but it cannot be criticised as it this is exactly what you are paying for. Charis as to be judged as a a budget accommodation and I got much more than I paid for.

It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in Ghana. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it's easy to find. The atmosphere is peaceful and private, offering a perfect escape. The host, Eyram, is gracious and exudes the charm of someone with international experience. She’s incredibly delightful, accommodating, and strikes the perfect balance of helpfulness without being overbearing. Her assistant, Evelyn, was also very kind. The environment is safe and respectful, making it a place I feel completely comfortable. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never had a single complaint here—it’s simply too good to be true. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and it’s now my favorite spot in Ghana. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. The only request I’d make is for breakfast during my next visit. This is a very nice guest house in a close proximity to the main street. The staff is very helpful and kind! They helped me out in planning my stay in the city. I was also accommodated in a large and spacious room, with all facilities, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was reach. Everything was clean and very secure. Overall, it was a very good stay that exceeded my expectations! Everything was perfect!
