I simply called about transportation, and he came and picked us up early and had our room ready for early check-in so we didn't have to sit at the airport. He dropped us off for our flight as well.He had the best attitude. The area had a quick 10-12 minute walk to great restaurants.The kids had access to Netflix and a very clean, private room with AC and WiFi. Highly recommended and will make a point to book with him again.

The owner Vasilis is such a great guy! It was our second stay here and it was because of Vasilis. He took us from the airport to the accommodation and gave his best to feel like home. We recommend Villa Avatos for everyone that wants to have flawless experience when in Athens. Thank you Vasilis for everything and we will definitely come back soon.

This very Greek-looking, cozy flat has the most beautiful view of the Acropolis, especially at night. We could see the sunset from the terrace going down the Parthenon, such a treat! The hostess Cici is very friendly and helps with everything. The location in Neos Cosmos is helpful, since there is a subway station which quickly connects you to all the main sites.

It’s modern, clean and overall very nice. Spacious! Internet worked great. Could easily fit 3 people, 1 on couch and two in bed. TV is actually good size! The kitchen was great even though I didn’t use it much. AC worked perfect. The communication from the owner is spectacular and quick also. They live just down the road so if you need anything g they’re there to help, which luckily I don’t need anything. Overall of o come back to Athens I’m definitely staying here and recommending it to my friends, family and colleagues. The owner ever left a box of cookies for me. The shower runs on solar so it’s always warm just need it to run for just a minute or two and then it’s warm and ready to go! The locks felt secure even though the neighborhood was very family friendly. Saw kids playing at the park just down the road around 9pm. Safe place. I was genuinely happily surprised.

Semelia organized for us the transport from and to the airport with a cheap extra price. Quiet, clean and cozy place near Semelia's own home. Semelia's communication has been fast and clear. Beeing the Easter eve, Semelia also invited us to join her and her family for the celebration: a nice way to involve us and make us feel at home.

We had to fly early in the morning therefore we chose a place close to it. The property is ideally located close to the airport; 15 minutes from long term parking. Apart the location, it is very clean, very cosy, with comfortable beds and sofa, fully equipped for longer family stays. And at very reasonable rate 😉. The host is very friendly and instructive, the mini market in the property (owned by the host) very practical. Highly recommended!
