A recently renovated property, Castellorizon Pensione is set in Meyisti near Megisti Port, Cathedral of St. Constantine and St.Helen and Archaeological Museum of Megisti. The property features mountain and quiet street views, and is 1.6 km from Monastery of Saint George. The guest house has family rooms. This place was perfection, light, fresh and breezy. The building has been remodeled and smelled of fresh wood and clean soap. Our room had a nice new large bathroom, and large windows that made the room so peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a drink station and all that we needed for coffee in the AM. The host was very kind and helpful, and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

If you go to Karpathos there are plenty of places to stay on or near the beach but I would highly recommend the traditional village of Olympos, especially if you want peace and quiet amazing views and a more traditional experience. The host was friendly and communicative, and the room was large and comfortable with a spectacular view. There is a small kitchenette for self-catering and a large balcony with comfortable furniture to enjoy the view. Plenty of hot water in the shower since there is a solar water heater. Note that the bed is a traditional style wooden elevated bunk that requires stairs to get in and out of. Olympos village is amazing, full of friendly locals and delicious food at the many tavernas. Highly recommended I will definitely be going back.

Our stay at Lindos Comfy Suites was absolutely perfect, from start to finish - we cannot wait to come back next year! Both owners are very friendly and helpful, excellent communication from Dimitri before and during our stay, he gave us plenty of recommendations which allowed us to make the most out of our stay on the island. As for the room, it was beautiful, sparking clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay - special thanks to Alma for doing such an incredible job, we've never seen such level of cleanliness in any other hotel we've ever stayed in. The views from the room and the roof top bar are spectacular, we spent every morning and evening admiring Lindos and the Acropolis towering over the village. The hotel is located close to many beaches (close enough that you can nip out for a swim any time you want and be back in no time) as well as restaurants and shops, so you can easily spend a couple of days just strolling around and enjoying the beautiful village of Lindos. All in all, we loved the hotel and we're already looking forward to staying at Comfy Suites next summer.
