Friendliest staff, authentic place, spacious, clean, great location, it just got everything. Also if your ferry arrives in midnight no need to worry because they wait for you(but better to come in early so they could goto bed). About 5mins walk to main Fira bus stop.

The receptionist were amazing. Very friendly ppl. In the heart for fira and the square/town is literally 4 mins walk. Beautiful view.

Situated in a peaceful area of Fira, just 500 metres from the main square, Gianna Suites provides a charming base with a traditional courtyard and outdoor pool. I absolutely adored our receptionist. She was caring and very informative. She even took out a map and customized to our taste. The rooms are big. Beds are big and comfy. Small refrigerator and blow dryer and shampoo/ conditioner. Room was clean. Big mirror if you wanted to do make up. Very modern decoration with wood beam ceiling. Personal chairs for outside. Nice outdoor couch set where we enjoyed some wine. Pool looked nice weather not hot enough for us to swim. Breakfast room,clean and great variety of food. We really enjoyed the breakfast and my husband loved the variety of coffees. We rented an ATV and parking for that was a 2 minute walk from hotel. Was in nice location where it was nice and quiet at night. We loved our stay here.

Featuring an outdoor pool, Villa Agas is quietly located, only 450 metres from the main town of Fira and 800 metres from the main square. A bus stop is just 15 metres away. I have a pleasant stay at here! Not that far away from Fira, and the room is also nice(with terrace, and pool). And the receptionist is the kindest people I met at Greece! Because of him, me and my friend can travel so easily. If I revisit Santorini, I would stay here again:)

The location is superb, right at the port. The owners are incredibly nice people and hard at work to give you a good experience. It is a family property that goes back over 100 years, I am told. It has the feel of a very old place and that may turn some people off. But it was no issue for us. We loved being here and having some wonderful conversations with the owners. They are very good people!
