It’s the best place to take work off of your mind and embrace the beauty of both the sea and forested hills. The water in the pool is straight from the sea. Although breakfast isn’t available, the villa has a kitchenette stocked with free pastries, coffee, tea, butter, jam. The owners make the stay even more enjoyable. We got to spend time with Dimitris and his family and it’s been amazing. They give you also tips for places to visit, where to eat at, the beaches to check out. For sure we’ll be coming back!

Excellent location with a plethora of facilities provided in your room. Very clean and cozy rooms with an amazing view. Breakfast was very filling and of very good quality. The view from the valcony was breathtaking, and the staff was very willing to assist our every need.

We had a wonderful stay at Vateri in Limni! The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The view was absolutely stunning — both from the room and from the pool area. We especially loved the homemade breakfasts, which were delicious and made with care. The pool was very clean and had an incredible view, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The location is peaceful yet close to the center of Limni and the beach. We’re so happy we chose this place and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Set on an elevated position, just a few metres away from the beach of Pili, Xenia Residence offers spacious, modernly decorated studios and apartments with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The hotel is superbly located on the mountainside, with a terrace offering stunning views of the sea, mountains and pine forests. The breakfast is superb and is served on the panoramic terrace. The room is fully equipped and the decoration is thoughtfully designed.

There is a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or make drinks etc. there was a sandwich maker and a hot chocolate maker. I stayed somewhere else on the same strip of beach a couple of years ago, which cost far more and it was not as good. This is exceptional value and well placed for the beach and town.
