This boutique hotel was magnificent. It is located just by the lake. Although there is no private parking, there is plenty on the street in front. It is a new hotel, in an old renovated house. The owners gave much attention to details. For example, there is a laptop computer in the room, for the guests use. Something you don’t find anywhere else. It is clean, pleasant and welcoming. Kastoria is a small town, on a beautiful lake. A place worth visiting.

Beautifully renovated neoclassical house in the heart of the city. The room was big, heating worked like a charm, the bathroom was super nice and it had a few commodities extra, such as kettle, tea and coffee. Manager was kind enough to remove his own vehicle so we could park, which I greatly appreciated.

The hotel is a Boutique, positioned in an excellent location, with sun, greenery, and clean, fresh air. Excellent communication and location. Above all, tranquility and a structure with curated architecture, where everything is in the right place. We enjoyed the hospitality and communication with the owners. We greatly appreciated their kindness and service. We will come back again and we highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The hotel feels like stepping into a museum The hotel is unlike any other we've visited. It's full of character and charm, making it a truly special place to stay. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view over the lake But what made our stay truly exceptional was the friendly and helpful hosts. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Since we stayed during a quieter time, we got to enjoy the boutique-style experience without the crowds, and at a great price too. Overall, we highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay that you just can't get at regular hotels.

We have been in to many places in the Greece, but this is one of the most beautiful and amazing places!!! There are no words to describe this beauty! We had a great time Didn't want to leave amazing old house , large comfortable rooms, balcony with a magnificent view of the lake . Very tasty breakfast. We highly recommend this place, where you can relax and have a great time

Wonderful, cozy guesthouse with traditional wood and stone architecture. The room was very clean, all necessary amenities were provided and the view from the corner bedroom was breathtaking upon waking in the morning! Breakfast was very tasty and served by the very friendly and polite hosts. Highly recommend!

Located in the town of Kastoria, Filoxenia offers elegantly appointed rooms with balconies enjoying panoramic views of the city and the lake. The Byzantine Museum lies within a short walk. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, with an amazing view even from the room. The breakfast wasn’t your typical hotel buffet variety, but everything they served was absolutely delicious, with some amazing homemade desserts. The owner was exceptionally helpful and attentive.
