Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. It was a wonderful stay. The environment was comfortable, the transportation was convenient, the location was great, and the people were very friendly!

Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The kindness of our hosts Anna and Artemis is beyond compare. The hotel is charming, clean with a lovely view of the beach and a nice swimming pool. When our taxi to the airport at 4am didn't arrive, Artemis took us to the airport himself, which I don't think a lot of people would do. We really appreciated this :)

The property is walking distance from Oia center and all amenities. Just opposite there is a small coffee shop with snacks and the bus stop for Fira.

Honestly the most beautiful property in all of Santorini! It really does has the best view and to top it off - Greg, and his team were just SO incredibly nice!! This is absolute value for money, and our entire trip to Santorini was better because we stayed in this property! The staff went above and beyond for us, the rooms and amenities were crazy good, everything was incredibly clean, just 11/10 experience for us honestly.

Absolutely loved staying there, the house is beautiful, well-decorated, with a garden and a private access to the beach. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very nice, it was a pleasure to stay at their place.

Location quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool overlooking the countryside and coast. Fabulous roof top views, we watched the sunset from our terrace whilst enjoying a G&T. Host couldn’t have been more helpful. Accommodation clean, spacious and well equipped. Lovely balcony as well as roof top views. We stayed as a couple but would be good for a family or 2 couples as there’s a bedroom upstairs. Short walk into Oia, 30 min bus ride to Fira and 5 min walk to Finikia where there are 3 fabulous restaurants.
