The room was clean (with daily cleaning services), spacious, and featured a huge terrace with a stunning view of the sea and sunsets. We loved the proximity to the private beach with its crystal-clear water. The pool was also amazing, but we couldn’t get enough of the sea breeze, swimming, snorkeling, and admiring the sunsets from the sunbeds. The food was delicious—very tasty, varied, and served in generous portions. We really enjoyed having the option to dine at the property’s restaurant. The drinks… oh, the cocktails! So many options—we couldn’t have asked for more. And last but not least (and perhaps the highlight of our stay): the staff! They were simply exceptional—attentive, empathetic, cheerful, and always eager to make guests feel their best. Thank you all, and congratulations on the amazing job you’re doing!

All units have a private bathroom, bathrobes and bed linen. Lovely bed, great shower, pretty garden.. everything you would want and more. It was so clean and housekeeping is of the highest level. Wonderful service. Bonus: daily visit from a sweet little cat with her new babies 😁

The guest house features family rooms. Firstly the location of the apartment is superb. In front there are coffee shops ,souvenir shops and a small market. Walking distance to the beach. Roula is polite and available to help. Rooms are cleaned daily. Air con in all three rooms and lots of space for a family of 4. We love Neos Marmaras and we will be back! 💕☀️

The property is allergy-free and is located 600 metres from Sarti Beach. The room was clean, the towels were replaced after 3 days ( enough. Is anyone changing them daily at home?). We did not hear cars from the road (with closed windows). Air conditioning is working fine. A big plus here - the owners. They are very, very nice, they want to make sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is the same everyday, but it was fine for us.

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The inn authentic and beautiful. Superior cleanliness, the breakfast delicious, varied and plentiful, clearly all home cooked. The hosts an absolute delight. They had lots of suggestions for good restaurants, activities, etc. Our stay was just wonderful.
