يقع مكان إقامة "panos hause" في كاستراكيون، ضمن 4.8 كم من Varlaam Monastery و5 كم من دير ميتيورا ميغالو. Everything. Large bed, modern bathroom, beautiful apartment. Free cookies and water were a nice touch. Great starting point for a hiking trip in the area. Various Greek taverns and shops nearby. Lots of cats roaming the streets in the area (my girlfriend loves cats, so we had to stop every few meters so she could pet them...). Unfortunately, no real breakfast options nearby, but we found great ones in Kalambaka, around a 20 minute walk away.

We were updated for free to the sea room view as a group which we really appreciated. Thanks to the lovely staff for accomodating us and always offering help.

The owners are incredibly nice people and hard at work to give you a good experience. It is a family property that goes back over 100 years, I am told. It has the feel of a very old place and that may turn some people off. But it was no issue for us. We loved being here and having some wonderful conversations with the owners. They are very good people!

Beautifully designed room. Spacious and clean. It has a furnished kitchenette and the shower is great. The room service is good - we also got a free bottle of wine. It has a balcony showing a part of the Meteora Mounts. The street is calm and safe.

It was a good central location and not far for us walking to catch ferry it was directly on a road, the owner was excellent in giving photo and information via WhatsApp on where and how to enter guest house via a lock box with keys in.The room was decorated to a high standard,lovely bathroom and shower,comfy bed,tv and extras like coffee pods for coffee machine and croissants which was lovely and thoughtful 😊
